Today I started the metabolic balance plan phase 2. On Thursday I received the plan and completed phase 1 which isn’t exciting to write about or watch. If you would like to know more about phase 1, you can read about it here:
For the first day, I decided to make a video for you using my iphone but I think in the future videos will be with my regular camera.
For lunch, I decided to make a cauliflower feta soup. You can find the recipe here.
For dinner, I threw tuna, rye bread, onions and yellow pepper into my food processor and then put it into the oven to bake. I really loved how this tasted. There is no recipe yet for this. I will make it again and figure out the spices and then write it down for you.
I think one of the things you should never be afraid of doing is just throwing things together and seeing how they taste. If it tastes mediocre, you don’t ever have to make it again but if it tastes great, you have something awesome you can make over and over again.
