Today I had a meeting with some creative people in Munich. We meet twice a month for breakfast and I was worried that I would not be able to cope with eating out so early into the metabolic balance plan.
Luckily, the restaurant had rye bread so I was able to eat two eggs and rye bread.
As you can see from the short video, I drank black coffee with my meal. The waitress knew I liked to have milk and was writing down my usual order when I corrected her and asked for black coffee. I found that drinking black coffee with my eggs and rye bread was OK. In fact, I actually enjoyed it.
For lunch, I made myself a salad with feta cheese and for dinner, I made this fish, mushroom and vegetable dish.
Overall, I was happy with the day. I miss having my afternoon coffee but I kept myself busy and drank some plain water (I do miss my lime).
