Today was one of those days where the only reason I left my house was to walk my dogs.
Do you have days like that?
metabolic balance suggests that you don’t do any serious exercise during phase 2 of the metabolic balance plan which is one of the reasons I needed to wait until after the marathon to go on the plan.
If you don’t exercise, don’t worry. After you finish the first two weeks, you can start experimenting with different forms of exercise. I would suggest starting off by going for a walk after dinner instead of sitting in front of the TV.
For food today, I ate very filling meals.
Breakfast – Onions and Bell pepper and tomatos with eggs and a piece of rye bread
Lunch – Salad with feta cheese
Dinner – Tuna fish with tomatos
Working on the computer today, I found that I didn’t drink enough water. I’m going to have to change my routine a bit and include a water break between writing projects.
