Vivamb Recipe: Papaya- Jogurt Drink

Vivamb Papaya Drink

1 Portion

Ingredients

1 portion fruit (papaya)

1 portion yogurt natural or soy yogurt

100 ml cold water

Instructions

Peel and remove the seeds from your papaya and then cut into pieces.

Mix the yogurt and papaya cubes in a blender and puree.

If you would like to add volume to your mixture, add water to your satisfaction.  I liked drinking the mixture thick like a shake.

Note: If you are in phase 3, you can consider using Coconut milk in addition to water.

Note: If you use soy yogurt, the drink will taste a bit nutty.  If you would like to change the taste, you can add a bit of safran.
